At 4 we met for the first time, Every bone, every muscle,
By 10 you were a second dad. Paralyzed.
As time passed, my trust in you grew, Do something,
I thought, wow a support, an inspiration. Call for help.
But guess what, Do SOMETHING Aditi.
You betrayed it all. I couldn’t. Only tears I guess.
How, you ask? Are you really leaning over me?
You know what you did. Please stop pushing.
I remember it, As I felt you inside me,
As though it were yesterday. I lost all hope.
A normal day at school, right? You took my sanity
Actually, quite far from. You took my purity.
You picked me up, You took my innocence.
When dad couldn’t. You took my worth.
He trusted you, You took my trust.
I trusted you. You took everything.
Onwards to home now, isn’t it? I protected you,
Home was left. Gave you my happiness.
So why did you turn right? For days, weeks and months,
Where were we going? But now, no more.
You knew exactly where…..
You are the monster,
A deserted dirt road? And you are the liar.
But this isn’t home…… You know it’s true what people say,
My heart palpitating, One person, one interaction, can change your
Bursting through my chest. entire life.
Then our eyes met. Wait, haha, you thought I meant you?
Mine, filled with trust, Never.
Yours, with lust. A monster like you?
Or maybe I misread. I won’t let you have that satisfaction.
No, no you didn’t. I met someone.
Your hand went up my skirt, Who help me see my worth.
The other, up my shirt. Who made me realize,
Wait, what’s going on? You can’t take my happiness.
The sensation of your hand, And guess what?
Rubbing against my thighs. The trust you took,
The rough pulls and tugs, I found it in this person.
Is this really happening? The one who showed me……
IT WAS NOT MY FAULT.
And now I have an even better support,
Better than you ever were.
Someone who actually cares,
And someone who actually loves.
You didn’t win,
But rather, I found peace.
